Thanks for sharing this here. I can see this has already taken a lot of time.
Wait times are longer than usual at the moment because of the volume of incoming requests, and I understand the delay has been frustrating. If you’ve already requested a callback through priority support, the best thing to do is keep an eye out for a response from the team.
