MYOB has to close

Hi,   I have been updating information in Employee Card Files.  MYOB keeps telling me there is an error and needs to close??  I have started & re-started with no success.  Can someone please advise...

    Hi Kaye4 

     

    There was a problem with the Document Server at the time you posted. When I was looking in on it, looks like we had a problem with the container it was hosted on. This can cause problems with Card Files as these would be trying to make a call to the Document Server.

     

    Working with the crew, we managed to fix the problem, are you able to close and re-open AccountRight and see if this is now working?
