Apologies for the delayed reply. Our IT staff member has been on leave. Please see his response below:
"Hi Sanjita, I don't believe any of the issues identified by MYOB are causing this problem, as all users have exactly the same permissions. The issue appears inconsistent — only the first three users receive the automatic update, while the rest are required to update manually."
Would you be able to look into this further? Manual updates are quite time consuming and painful for the team, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
