There haven’t been any recent changes I’m aware of that would suddenly make backups crawl. If you’re seeing a “back up in progress” message that just won’t budge, it usually means the online backup didn’t finish properly or got shut down mid-way (like using End Task while it was still doing its thing). It's best to reach out to our team so they can run a fix on your file and get everything behaving again.
