MYOB SUBSCRIPTION

I've lost track of MYOB charging system.

We have 5 MYOB files - 3 online and 2 offline - all with the same serial number. We pay $420 / per month.

 

If we left one file online and took 2 others off line, :

  • What woiuld our monthly subscription be?
  • Would we be able to continue to use the 4 offline files (including adding data) in to the future?
  • Would there be any problems activating in the future any of the offline files?

    Hi PeterLeonard,

     

    Offline AccountRight files will only be usable up to 17 June 2026. After that, you’ll need your files online to keep adding data and using them going forward. For exact pricing (eg what your subscription would be with just 1 online file) and to talk through your options, it’s best to raise a case via My Account so our team can look at your serial and lay out the numbers and choices for you.
