MYOB wont open

Hi , MYOB wont open, I click on the desktop short cut and it starts to open, and stops, I just get a blank page that seems to have frozen, It wont let me do anything.     I cant select or see the...

    Hi knm0741,

     

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing trouble with MYOB not opening properly. Based on what you described, it seems that MYOB gets stuck at a blank page after clicking the desktop shortcut. 

     

    Please try to right-click the MYOB desktop shortcut and select Run as Administrator. This can sometimes bypass any permission related issues. 

     

    Sometimes, security software can interfere with the program. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus or firewall and see if the software opens properly.
