New client file setup with wrong year

I haven't heard back from a msg sent to MYOB and need help; recently MYOB helped me to set up new files with our serial numbers.   I have just started entering information in one of the new company...

Thank you Genreve,

 

I understand that this is the case but I need to have assistance from MYOB to deactivate the old company file - which is what you had done for me before. 

 

If I try and create a new file with the same serial number I get a message saying I have already activated the maximum number of company files for this serial number.

 

Could you please assist with deactivating the old file? I sent you the details in a private msg last week.
