New MYOB does not fit on my screen

I have the latest AR version of MYOB installed and it is very annoying as the screen display does not fit on my laptop monitor and I am forever having to minimise the display just to record a transac...

I have had to lug around a giant, heavy laptop for YEARS because MYOB has not considered how the program is actually used and a large screen is required to actually access some of the essential elements of pop up windows (as they don't resize based on the screen size) and there are ZERO accessibility options to improve readability.  Even a slight change in font size has MYOB fields covering data entry areas. It really has been a long running issue that hasn't been fixed.
