New user added, can't record purchases

Hi all, i have set up a new user with full access to Purchases and yet, when we open his command Centre, it comes up with "read-only" and therefore he cannot record a bill or purchase order. I have ...

Under Inventory, you will see another TAB MYOB purchase, you have to provide access and also ensure that the user has full access to CARDS .
