New user not been asked to set up 2 Factor Authentication

Hi,

 

We have sent an invite to a new user in AccountRight. The have downloaded the software and created a password etc but were never asked to set up 2 factor authentication. When they go to log in, the screen comes up and asks for the 2 factor authentication code. How do you get MYOB to prompt you to set this up?

    Hi Paula061,

     

    The first time a user signs into their account, they should be prompted to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) as an added security measure. Since this didn’t happen, ensure each user has their unique username and email address. If it still doesn’t prompt them to set up 2FA, the best option is to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
