I have been on the phone to them Friday, Monday and today. Today they told me that there has been a known issue with this since Friday last week which they are trying to fix. I don't know why they didn't tell me that in the first place. But there has been no communication from MYOB saying they were having a problem. I asked if I would be notified when the issue is resolved. They said no, just keep trying to log in.
well that's more than they told me!!! I have been out since Thursday morning and before that they manually had to load up my files everyday on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I fear something very serious is happening, it would be very decent of them to issue an update!

What's worse, is that they are in control of our data! Not us. I remember in the good old days when you went and bought the software, it was yours to do what you like. Now it's like they hold your date to ransom.

Finally an updated!!!
Our team has identified the problem and is currently working through the resolution. We understand the impact this may be having and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Hopefully they are working through the night to get it repaired, this is costing me a fortune.
