Is the invite coming from the client or thru MYOB? I checked with the client yesterday and she confirmed the invite was sent to my email address, and there is no Trash/ spam items in my email.

The invite is sent through MYOB, but it’s triggered by the client from their side. If the client has confirmed they sent it and there’s nothing in Trash/Spam, it’d be worth getting them to send the invite again and double-check the email address it was sent to. If it still doesn’t come through after that, it’d be best to reach out to our team so they can check what’s going on with the invite. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
