Over 3hrs on your Help Line

I was waiting on the phone for over 3.25hrs on your help line today then got disconnected :-( 

This is not the 1s time, has been several times already over the past 2 weeks, just today was the longest.

I am requiring to speak with someone as the solution in your forums does not work, it directs me to contact support. 

 

I have sent thru your email a support request number 03160960 back on 17/6/26, with no response. How do i get support / help if i can't get thru and speak to anyone and no one replies????????

I need this sorted before EOFY (next week) !! My accountant is having the same issue

Really think you need to get your **bleep**!! SORTED. Reckon Hosted has better help / support than this. 

So not happy at the moment.

    Thanks for laying this out so clearly. I can see why you're upset. Spending hours on the phone and chasing this since May. 
     

    I’ve followed this up with the team handling the change of details case so they can review what’s happened here. We appreciate your patience while our support team works through the incoming support requests.

    Well finally got an email from Support, thank you Genreve,

    However I am a BAS Agent with 13 different Company files with me as Administrator, now MYOB requires me to get my Passport or Drivers License Certified to Change the Details on this Company file that I am also list as Administrator for,  does not make sense. total tunnel vision just tick each box but do not use your brain or common sense.  I am already listed on this file, just change to contact details, so I can send our one Invoice per week to our one Client.
