Pays recorded twice

We just did our first pay run of the year and it has recorded everyone's pay twice automatically and will not allow us to reverse or delete anything in the payroll reporting centre.

How can this be fixed asap.

P.S. I am not sitting on hold for over 3hrs so don't bother telling me to ring.

    We have figured it out so no need for a response.

    I will say that this program is just becoming an ongoing struggle to use and our IT company have confirmed they are constantly trying to fix ongoing problems for their customers.

    Interesting that the support and reliability keep going down yet your fees keep going up!
