Adjustment to recorded pay

Hi,

I ran into an issue while processing my timesheets. After entering the data, I tried to close the system to double-check everything, but it kept processing and was recorded however the report was not sent to the ATO. I have then corrected the timesheets and re-recorded them, and the STP report now shows it's been accepted.

 

The pays have all been processed, but I’ve noticed that the YTD figures have doubled. Is there any way to fix this?

    Hi Ivagi,

    Did you delete or reverse the first recorded pay run.

    If not do that and the year to date figures will be correct next pay run when you report via STP.

      Hi Julia, 

      Did as mentioned and it worked, however came across an issue of inactive employees added onto the STP report, would you know how to go on about excluding them on the report.
