My company is migrating payroll into MYOB, what data should I require from the previous payroll system to start doing it in MYOB?

You will only need the Software BMS ID from your previous payroll software. This ID will be asked during the STP setup process in MYOB.

How about on the employee details needed to set them up in MYOB like TFN, Super, YTD figures including leave entitlements?

You can get a copy of the employee details from the current payroll software you're using so that it'll be easy for you when you enter their details once you moved to MYOB.
