Perpetual License offline

    Hi Yoko,

     

    Cheers for sticking with us all these years! You’re spot-on about being able to keep working on your old file offline, and the best way to carry on is by making a backup of your current company file and then restoring it locally. This lets you keep ticking along. Just a quick heads-up: every company file uses up one CDF slot on your serial number, so if you’re starting a fresh file, you’ll need a free slot available. You can also check the links below for more info:

     

    As for the license file, all you need is your serial number and client ID to activate and we can you with your old file, so you can skip hunting around for long-lost discs. Make sure to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They'll be able to assist you.
