In AccountRight the Prepare Bank Deposit window only picks up transactions that were posted to the linked “Bank Account for Undeposited Funds”. It doesn’t look at other clearing accounts, so payments you’ve put into Cash clearing or Direct deposit clearing won’t appear there, only receipts sitting in Undeposited Funds will show.
