Process of cancelling MYOB subscription and changing file to read only for historical data?

Hi There,   We moved away from MYOB Account Right and have been using a new program since 1st July 2024.  I now only use MYOB for looking up historical data.     What is the process to cancel our...

Hi Tia_MO,

 

Here’s the link to the online Read-Only offer terms: Read-Only offer terms. It keeps your transaction and attachment history accessible, but you won’t be able to edit the file.

Thank you for that link. Would I still be able to download & print attached documents in the read only subscription if I needed to?

    Hi Tia_MO,

    Yes, you’d still be able to download and print existing attached documents in Read Only, provided your user access allows it. You wouldn’t be able to upload new documents or make changes to the file while it’s in Read Only.
