Thanks for your post, and my apologies for the late response. You can work offline indefinitely without requiring a subscription. However, please be aware that opting for this choice means you won't have access to live services such as bank feeds, pay super, STP, etc. Refer to this help article for detailed information on the features that won't be available in offline mode.
