    Hi MezIndustries 

     

    Thanks for your post. I can see an active account with one outstanding bill for September with a serial number ending on 6750. To pay an outstanding bill:

    1. Sign into MyAccount
    2. Click View my bills
    3. Click Pay now
    4. Enter in the information requested
    5. Click Finish and pay

     Alternatively you can click Pay my bill on the payment failed email to be taken to the payment portal.

     

    NOTE: The invoice payment link will not work in Internet Explorer. You will need to use an alternative browser to access this link.
