Upgrade from MYOB Account Right Premier V19

Hi - how do i upgrade out of MYOB account right premier to MYOB Business Lite?     We don't have employees or inventory.   I have purchased the licence but cannot upgrade the existing file ...  ...

    Hi SANDYMW,

    Good question, and nice work getting the MYOB Business Lite licence already.
     

    You can’t upgrade the Premier v19 desktop file from inside the program to MYOB Business Lite, but you can have it migrated for you, so you don’t have to start again from scratch.
     

    Here’s how it usually works:
     

    Go to the Move to MYOB Business page:
    Fill in the migration request (choose your new MYOB Business Lite subscription and provide details of your Premier v19 file/backup).

    Our migration team will convert the data and let you know when your new MYOB Business file is ready.

Thanks Earl_HD​ - I did that but it won't let me submit due to technical difficuilties.

 

Update:  third time lucky it worked.  Have submitted request.  It didn't ask me for any details other than my new licence number.
