Hi Mike_James. Thank you and I really appreciate you spending time and effort on this. To be honest, its only my first week on this job and I could really use any kind of help I can get. The thing is, the pc where the MYOB App is installed currently runs under Windows 10. They want to get ahead of the slated EOL of Windows 10 this October and switch to Windows 11 as early as possible. I don't even have a clue to begin with if the MYOB version that they have will run after the Windows upgrade. I tried your advice that my MYOB happens to be one of the 3 old family and visited MYOB support. However, I can't seem to find a perfect match of what version I am running. Forgive me for my ignorance and lack of ideas. This is only one of so many things that they needed me to do. Again, thank you for your assistance.
