Remove User Access from MYOB File

I am no longer a user of a MYOB file that I use to use from many years ago and would like to know how I can remove my access from this file.  It's saying that I'm the Administrator of the file and am an Online admin but it won't allow me to remove my access to this.

    Hi V_Oliver,

Good question. An online administrator’s access can normally be removed by the file owner or another administrator, as outlined in this guide.

I’ve checked your details through your Community forum profile and can see that your email address is linked to multiple accounts. I can confirm that your access was removed from one of those accounts on 13 May. If you’d like to be fully removed from all the other accounts you’re connected to, it’s best to reach out to the owner or administrator of each account so they can remove your access for you. You’re also welcome to contact our team through the support options on our website if you’d like a hand with this, especially if you’re able to share the specific account details involved.

    Cheers,

    Princess

    Hi Princess,

Yes that is correct but this is now another account that I need to be removed from.  Unfortunately, the Administrator of this file I don't know, which means that I can't get in touch with this person to remove my access to this account.  I have tried several ways to get in touch with MYOB, eg by email, phone call, etc but no-one seems to be getting back to me and I believe the same thing is happening to a lot of people from emails that I've been seeing.  Thank you for getting back to me, looks like I'll just have to wait until MYOB gets back to me.

Actually, I just had a look again and the Administrator is myself but the system won't allow me to delete this access or even make it inactive.
