REQUEST CLOUD BACK UP FILE

How do I request a cloud back up file. Can I please have a link for that as I can't find anything online.
I have been on HOLD with MYOB (priority customer ...) for 46 minutes now ...

    I’m sorry you’ve been stuck on hold for so long. We’re currently experiencing high call volumes, which is causing longer wait times than usual.
