Rolling back a financial year
A client has rolled over their desktop version off AccountRight 1 year too many and can't locate the back up on their computer to restore it.
How do we roll back a year? What options do we have?

There is no option to roll back the financial year once it has been rolled over. However, we can check if there is a backup file available that can be restored. To proceed with this, you'll need to contact our support team directly via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support via MyAccount.
