Hi kevinplasmach, 

Just noticed you’re having a bit of trouble getting into your payroll. STP isn’t its own product, it’s actually a feature in either AccountRight or MYOB Business. The easiest way to double-check which one you’ve got is to log in to MyAccount and have a look at your active subscriptions.

If you can’t spot it there, no worries, just pop a support request through MyAccount, or have a chat with our virtual assistant MOCA and get routed over to our live chat team if you need a hand.

thanks for the response, i pay separately for stp $12 / month

its not part of my accountright. once before i was advised of a link to STP which worked
i saved the link but now it doesnt work.

i am getting frustrated with MYOB and have had it for 15+yrs but now it is not user friendly

can you advise what i can do

Thanks for sharing your experience and for being with MYOB for over 15 years. It’s clear this has been frustrating, especially with the changes to how things work and your STP access. To make sure we point you in the right direction, are you using MYOB Business Payroll Only (for up to 4 employees)? If so, you can sign in through app.myob.com. But if you’re paying $12 a month for a different standalone STP app, we don’t have access to details about that system from our end.
