Stuck in back up mode
My Myob is stuck in back up mode - is someone able to help me get this fixed up this evening?

I've just had the same problem. Anyone able to help from the back end to reset? Need access on 22nd Sep to process payroll. Thank you

Thanks for flagging this one with us. Sounds like your file's gotten itself stuck in backup mode. Bit of a pain, I know. Hopefully, you'll be all set in time to sort out payroll on the 22nd. We've run a script over your file which should get things back on track for you.
If it's still being stubborn, best bet is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount so the team can give it a closer look and reset things from the back end if needed.
