Stuck on backing up
Hi, I am trying to open my online accountright library. It closed while backing up and is now seemingly stuck in backup status and will not allow me to open it or complete sign in.
Can someone please assist me?

Hey Hannah164,
Good call letting us know your online AccountRight library closed during a backup and has been stuck ever since. I’ve run a fix on your file to clear the backup status, so give it another go by opening the library and signing in now. if it still shows as backing up or this comes up again, jump on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA , and our team will check what’s going on.
