Hi ted188,
If you're running into trouble verifying a supplier's ABN, start by checking the ABN's validity with this link and make sure it's entered correctly in your file. Also, try clearing your AccountRight cache before creating a new card. If you're still having issues, our support team can help. Check out all the available support options here.
Cheers,
Princess

I cleared the AccountRight cache and created a new card. ABN check still not working. I know I can check on the ABN lookup site however that doesn't explain what's wrong with this AccountRight file. It has always been the case with this file, I've only just had time to address it. I had already addressed the available support options but the only reference to it is what should happen, not why it doesn't happen.

Hi ted188,
If the ABN checks option isn't working and clearing the cache also doesn't help, you'll need to get in touch with our support team for further assistance. Please take a screenshot of the specific error message you're experiencing and connect with our live chat agents through our virtual assistant MOCA or create a support case via MyAccount.
Cheers,
Princess
