I have finally received the information that it isn't a problem and just a new feature of the update!! Very annoying this is a downgrade, not an update!! It isn'te being considered as a bug:( Very disappointed MYOB.
well thats just great isn't it! sub standard service for a product thats getting progressively worse. How can this be a new feature for the update!! The TAB key not working when it was IS NOT AN UPDATE. It is very much a downgrade and a frustrating one at that! Lift your game myob!

Hi AJR076,
I hear you. This isn't the kind of update anyone wants. We've flagged this with our team, and they're on it. We'll let you know as soon as we have any news. Appreciate your patience in the meantime!
Regards,
Sai

I agree with other users in this thread - there has been a minor resolution which allows a tab to bring the cursor to the next column. But other functionality has not yet returned - I used to be able to use Enter to go to the date line immediately below (or alternatively the arrow up and down button). All this does now is increase/decrease the date. It still requires a mouse click to get to the row below.
Still frustrating and time consuming and definitely not resolved - as experienced by many other users.
MYOB can you please confirm that you have heard this further feedback and are again PLEASE working on a resolution to return the product to it's functionality again. PLEASE RESPOND and advise when there is likely to be a resolution.

Hey qrcarers,
You can still use the arrow keys to move up and down between cells— no dramas there. Make sure you're not clicked into the date field, otherwise the arrows will adjust the date instead of moving between cells. Had a crack at it on my end and it's working as expected. Ctrl + Tab is also doing the trick— switching between windows without a fuss. As for enter key, we're aware that it isn't playing nice. Our team's digging into what's causing the issue, and we ask for your patience while they get to the bottom of it.
Cheers,
Doreen
