Solved

"This company file is not registered to the AccountRight Live account that you are currently logged in to".

Like to title said, this error pop up. And I've checked the user name, it is still in the access list ,stay unchanged as we used it for a long time. This error occur for no reason.

Hi Earl

 

I'm sure this user has the access to the file because he has being use it for a while. And this error pop up for no reason. Now I've tired to delete it and create a new one for him, but the system now allow me to do that and showing error like attached:
