Further to the above message we get the following -
There is nothing wrong with our internet.
MYOB asked if we wanted to upgrade before we started payroll and we said yes, which we do every time it asks that question.
Is there a chance that the service is down on your end?

At the time of posting, we didn't have any widespread reports of clients encountering an Unable to Connect message.
