I did contact Convert2MYOB and get replied:
"Dear Lydia,
I have read your message below. We do not convert from QB Online/Intuit/Reckon One.
We can only migrate Reckon desktop with .QBB and .QBW back up.
Thank you."
Who can do the migration from QBO to MYOB? There must be some QBO clients transfer to MYOB before.

Thanks for your post. It sounds like they can't migrate your specific file. The only way is then to start a brand new file as of a chosen cutoff date such as the start of a financial year or quarter and manually import your data. The advantage of this is that it’s a fresh start and only the accounts and data you need is entered into the new file. The downside of this option is that there is no historical data within the MYOB file, and as such you will need to maintain the subscription and access of the old data file.

I haven't told them any details of the data file.
Therefore my understand was that no migration available for Quickbooks Online clients moving to MYOB, correct?
