Unable to create new users - link expires as soon as its setup.
I have been unable to create new users...link expires as soon as email is sent since a week now!
Called MYOB last week 19/05 - was told it was escalated after 1.5 hrs on a call. Was assured, it will be resolved within 24-48 hours.
Emailed follow-ups to which no response.
Called again on 22/05 (after 72 hours)- was on a call for over 2hrs and was told it has been escalated.
And 3 days later when i called in again today i was told it has been escalated again after spending 1.5 hrs on a call. The MYOB Team member kept putting me on hold multiple times and every time had the same response. He was basically reading off what the team member emailed me on Friday and when i asked if he can put me through to the technician team or give me a number or email - to which i was told ...there isnt anything that can be done.
There is 1 weeks loss in productivity and the timing is not right at all.
