Unable to login to my.myob

Hello,   I have recently reveived a link to have access to an accountright company file and i setup a my.myob and 2FA so i can download  MYOB accountright onto my system and access the company file...

    Thank you so much for your post and for the details. Welcome to the Community Forum! I've refreshed the records on the back end, please log out then log back in to my.MYOB to check. If you are still getting any error messages, please clear the browser cache then try again.
