Unable to select anything under edit

As from today i have been unable to select any item under the edit tab as their all greyed out. Couldnt even reverse a payroll payment had to use app.myob instead. Have logged out and logged back in but nothing..

    Hey kara23,

     

    Really appreciate you sharing what’s happening with your Edit tab greying out and being unable to reverse a payroll payment. Here’s a little trick that might get things back to normal:

     

    • Go to Setup
    • Click Preferences
    • Select Security tab, then untickTransactions CAN’T be changed; they must be reversed

    Once that’s done, have another go at editing or reversing your transaction and see if things light up again.

    Thanks Doreen, i did try the above yesterday however that didnt work. Somehow it managed to fix itself later in the day
