Read only on my file. Unable to do anything in MYOB!

My file and any staff who are users and also my BAS agent have had our files turned into 'read only'.  We are unable to do anything in MYOB.  I've been on the phone to MYOB support for 4 hours and the person claimed it was "most unusual" and transferred me to someone else to help.  MYOB hung up on me after 4 hours after getting me to complete a survey.  I've also logged job requests through the online help in my account

    MYOB please attend to this request - URGENT SOLUTION NEEDED.

  • please note additional information:  

     

    Our company file data has completely reverted to MYOB's corporate head office address in Cremorne, VIC instead of our actual registered business address in Qld.

     

    Our GUID (Global Unique Identifier) has decoupled from our client billing record in your master database and we are locked out and on read-only.

     

    On my phone call today, the front line support agent was unable to help me; they were looking at our billing screen, not the active cloud database parameters.

     

    Please have a Database Administrator re-map our Product Serial Number and overwrite the default VIC placeholder values.

      I can see you’ve already been in touch with our team today, and this is linked to case 03180065. Our support team is actively working through it there, so the best next step is to keep everything on that case while they investigate further.
