Read only on my file. Unable to do anything in MYOB!
My file and any staff who are users and also my BAS agent have had our files turned into 'read only'. We are unable to do anything in MYOB. I've been on the phone to MYOB support for 4 hours and the person claimed it was "most unusual" and transferred me to someone else to help. MYOB hung up on me after 4 hours after getting me to complete a survey. I've also logged job requests through the online help in my account
