I’ve spoken with our IT people and they’ve fixed it for us. They told me -
The issue was additional DLLs in the MYOB application folder. We use App Control for Business (AppLocker). The new DLLs use a new (different) developer certificate and were not on the whitelist. The particular DLL identified is IdentityModel.OidcClient.dll (but this is one of a bunch of random developer certificates used in this application - not uncommon, but quite difficult to manage given the regular updating patterns!).
