Uploading company file FAIL

We are using 3 company files which our subscription allows. Two have been uploaded online but every time I try to upload the third, I get a message that I need a subscription to proceed.

I spent 4 hours yesterday, predominantly on hold, getting shunted from one department to another, only to be confirm what I already knew and then being sent an email on how to upload a file!  I'd had enough of their incompetence and couldn't waste any more time.

So today I'm wasting more time on hold, already 2 hours and hoping for a resolution  before 30th June. 

Anyone else having this problem?

    That does sound odd. If your subscription allows 3 files, you shouldn’t normally have trouble uploading the third one.

     

    I checked the case linked to your email address, and it looks like it’s still in progress and waiting for a reply from you. The best next step is to reply to the latest email from the team so they can keep things moving for you.
