Can you please send me a screenshot of this user's Manage Users and Manage Roles window so I can check what's causing this problem ?

Thanks, but this was not what I requested. Please go to Setup>>User Acccess>>Select the User whose access is incorrect>>Send a screenshot of the roles selected for them.- SamP33 years agoExperienced User

Can you please click on the Manage Roles section on the same window and click on the Cards role. If all the fields are selected for Cards, that would give access to everything including employee self onboarding. If you wish to restrict the role, please duplicate one of the roles by right clicking on the role and choosing "Duplicate roles" , give it a different name and select the access you want to give.
After that is done, assign this role to the employee instead of the Cards. More information on this can be given in this help article: Default user roles
