USER ACCESS

I have created a new user access, but I have noticed that a silouette shape of a person with a quotation marker is now appearing next the their name in Manage Users window - can anybody explain to me...

Hi dieseldigit,

 

Thank you for the post. The icon you're seeing next to the user indicates that they are an advisor. When creating an invitation for a new user, you can choose whether a 'New User' or 'New Advisor'.
