You cannot retrieve MYOB passwords, you can only have then reset by MYOB (or 3rd parties). Each MYOB file has a default user called Administrator, and the default password is blank or empty - so try that first, provided your file is offline or local. If you cannot log in as Administrator, you will need to get the password reset. Once you can access the file as Administrator, you can then see all other user names and reset their passwords as required.
If the file is online, users can log in directly via their my.myob account and password.
