We are happy to assist with missing bank feeds through this Community Forum. We just need some information relating to your query. If you could send me a private message on this Forum with the following information I'd be able to look into that for you.
- The serial number -- Setup>>Company Information
- The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
- The bank account number(s) (last four digits are fine)
- The date you last received the feeds from
With this information, we can review your feeds to ensure that they are set up correctly and potentially lodge a ticket with our internal team to arrange for those feeds to be looked at from the Bank's end to ensure they do come through as intended.
