Why am I unable to export or send my Accounts List as a spreadsheet?

I receive an Error message that ends in \COASUM.XLT.

    Hi moiscure,

    The error message ending in \COASUM.XLT when trying to export or send your Accounts List as a spreadsheet is likely related to a missing or corrupted Excel template file. Additionally, If the .XLT files are not in the folder location specified in the error message, try reinstalling the AccountRight software. Ensure that antivirus software is disabled and run the installer as an administrator (right-click and select "Run as administrator"). Alternatively, try installing the server installer.

    I'm have same issue, unable to export any excel reports. .xlt 

    Using MYOB SE

      Hi there NigelM,

       

      Since you're also having the same issue with not being able to export any reports, it could be related to a missing or corrupted Excel template file. To resolve the issue with the .XLT files, reinstall the AccountRight software. Make sure to disable any antivirus software during the installation process and run the installer as an administrator (right-click and select "Run as administrator"). It'd be best to speak to your IT person to guide you with this.
