Account Transactions Report not displaying all transactions

    Hi Alice99,

     

    I recommend recapping the transaction in question, as there is a possibility that it was coded differently from other transactions. You can read through this link to learn more about the recap function of the software. You will likely find the issue doing this. If the transaction that's missing is recorded to the right accounts but the problem remains I recommend reaching out to support via the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA
