Thank you for your suggestions however this has not helped with a resolution, the transactions are not all feeding through to the report.
Is there any other support you can offer?

I recommend recapping the transaction in question, as there is a possibility that it was coded differently from other transactions. You can read through this link to learn more about the recap function of the software. You will likely find the issue doing this. If the transaction that's missing is recorded to the right accounts but the problem remains I recommend reaching out to support via the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA.
