Error exporting to excel

I'm getting an error when I try and export any report to excel.   The error meesage "Retrieving the COM class factory ... Server execution failed ...." is shown on the attached screenshot.

    Ah, turns out it was a problem with Excel.

     

    I don't usually use Excel and didn't realise AccountRight relied on it.

     

    Got Excel working and now the AccountRight export is working.

Hi Genreve,

 

Thanks for pointing to that, but I don't think its relevant.  

 

My file is online and that post says tis for offline files.   It also says the diagnostic log would contain "InvalidFingerprint", which my log does not.
