Exporting reports to Excel not working

Hi, i use Accountright Basics and Excel 2019 I get an error message when exporting to excel (attached) for any report i try and run. XXXX cannot be accessed. The file may be corrupted, on a serve...

Are there any reported error when exporting reports to Excel?

I am getting an error.

    Hi marlonnz,

     

    So far, we haven't heard of any issues with exporting to Excel. The error usually means the template file is missing or corrupted. Try giving AccountRight a reinstall to bring back the default Excel templates. Ensure to temporarily turn off any antivirus software and run the installer as an admin to dodge any setup glitches. If that doesn’t do the trick, check out our previous message in this thread for all the handy workarounds to fix the error.
