Exporting reports to Excel and emailing PDFs should be hassle-free, especially since you’ve been nailing it for years. It’d be best to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They can dig into what’s going on and need a few more details and some screenshots to get cracking on solving the issue with exporting reports to Excel. And since those emailed PDFs aren’t arriving, it’s worth having a chat with your IT person to check if MYOB’s email has somehow been blocked or blacklisted.
